About us:
Warehouse 508 provides a wide range of programming and events geared toward and designed by youth in New Mexico. Working out of a 26,000 sq. ft. warehouse space in downtown Albuquerque, 508’s Youth Creative Council and staff implement programs from concept to completion, including rock concerts, poetry workshops, film editing classes, mentorships in graphic design, and entrepreneurial projects such as a youth-run retail store. The Youth Creative Council consists of eight youth and young adult officers ages 15 to 23 focused on making 508 a venue truly for youth, by youth.
Warehouse 508 by NMX’s primary directive is to implement lifestyle events, educational opportunities and mentorships responsive to the demand of Albuquerque’s youth. 508 by NMX provides these mentored, project-based services and events to build entrepreneurial and life skills to enhance New Mexico youth’s quality of life and community involvement.
